Warner Bros. Interactive is Hitman's new distributor!

Hitman announced: Definitive Edition for the month of May.


After practically a year without a distributor , IO Interactive announced that Warner will be the new publishing partner for the Hitman saga , which Square Enix released when it ended its relationship with the Danish studio in March of last year. And, in parallel, Warner announced the release of Hitman: Definitive Edition for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 next May 18 , version that includes new attire for Agent 47 , inspired by the 20 years of IO Interactive, as well as all the content of the first season.

"We are very excited to work with IO Interactive, a talented studio with an extensive legacy in the creation of iconic Hitman games ." Said David Haddad, president of Warner Bros. Interactive. "The passionate global community of Hitman has accepted the recent return of the series [Hitman] and we are excited to deliver the Hitman: Definitive Edition to fans and new players next month." While Hakan Abrak, director of IO Interactive, did the same and went out of his way to praise the distributor. "Working with a partner like WBIE means that the IOI team can stay focused on what we are good at: making games," he said.

Warner Bros. Interactive also distributes titles like Injustice 2 , Mortal Kombat X , Batman: Arkham Knight , Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, LEGO games and much more.
