SteamWorld Dig 2 puts its release date in box edition!

The physical format version will be available on PS4 and Nintendo Switch on April 27.


The British publisher Rising Star Games has released a release date for the physical format of SteamWorld Dig 2 , the excellent Image & Form game that will be released again on PS4 and Nintendo Switch on April 27 (Europe) and 22 May (North America). It will have a poster and a reversible cover .


Dorothy takes the reins of the sequel to Steam World Dig 2. This "mining adventure forged in the flames of Metroidvania" proposes exploration, platforms and puzzles. Specifically, the video game encourages the player to break through by digging underground galleries and touring colorful worlds full of treasures, secrets and traps, as well as enemies.


In the analysis of SteamWorld Dig 2 we extol the great virtues of a videogame that we define as "addictive, ingenious and really fun, the design of its underground world, the combats against monsters, the craving for exploration, the intelligent design of its puzzles or the charm of its protagonists make this a frankly recommended title ".
