Luke Skywalker turned into Sith? This is how it was going to be Star Wars: Battlefront 4

There are many names related to the failed development of Star Wars: Battlefront 3 . Although a lot of material has emerged from the game over the past few years (including spectacular footage of Battlefront 3 on Wii yesterday), little was known of its hypothetical continuation so far. The American portal Comic Book has shared a series of designs that have left open-mouthed fans of the series created by George Lucas.

Apparently, the goal of the fourth part was to change the role of everyone involved in the history of Star Wars , turning the Jedi into Sith, heroes into villains and vice versa. That leaves us with such curious situations as a Jedi Darth Vader, a Leia Sith or a Luke in the role that belonged to his father. The images shown help us to imagine the peculiar and original concept of the game, with illustrations of some protagonists of the first two trilogies.

As explained along with the leaked images , " Star Wars Battlefront IV intended to take the story of the series to an alternative scenario, in which episodes I and VI underwent a change of 180 degrees." Among the changes are explained that "Anakin would kill Yoda in a duel in Naboo" or that "Battlefront IV would have the greatest battles that have been seen in a Battlefront so far." It promised to be the "greatest Star Wars video game ever made".
