Lindsay Lohan fails again in her legal dispute against GTA V!

The Court of New York rejects the appeal of the actress.


Years after having lost the trial against Rockstar for misuse of his image in Grand Theft Auto V , actress Lindsay Lohan has received a new setback from the US justice, which has rejected his appeal , thus closing definitively a case that has lasted for many years.


The actress charged Rockstar and Take Two to consider that her image was used to create one of the characters that led to the promotional campaign of GTA V. Before the appeal of Lohan, the judge of the Court of New York has made it clear that The woman in that advertising campaign is a generic image of a 20-year-old girl who never refers to the Hollywood actress.


Therefore, he concludes, there is no legal justification in the state of New York for Lindsey Lohan to file a lawsuit against Rockstar and his game, GTA V.
