God of War: The Last of Us is the bar to reach!

Sony Santa Monica says they share ambitions with Naughty Dog in storytelling.


In an interesting interview with the Glixel portal, Cory Barlog , the director of God of War , has talked about some of the ambitions of Sony Santa Monica in terms of what they want to achieve with the video game .

"You can play the new God of War without having enjoyed the previous ones.Your first experience can be this game, but it could also encourage you to turn your gaze towards the previous ones", explained Barlog in reference to the rupture at the level of argument and concept which is this title with respect to the rest of the God of War saga .

" The Last of Us is the ribbon to be reached, everything that Naughty Dog does is," Barlog acknowledged in the interview. "They have the same desire that I have when I approach a video game, telling a simple story but introducing complex characters in its plot."
